Add a Trackable Event

1. Select a resident record
2. Click on the Nursing drop down navigation
3. Select Trackable Event 
4. Click the New Entry Button

Making a New Entry

1.  Click the New Entry Button
2. Select your trackable event from the drop down field
3. Enter your Start Date
4. Click the Save button

Tracking an event through a Nursing Note

The Nursing Note section gives the ability to connect a note to a certain resident spedific event if desired. This  helps ensure any trackable event is documented and not forgotten. 

1. Select a resident
2. Click on the Nursing dropdown navigation
3. Click on the Nursing Note link
4. Click the New Entry Button

Create a New Nursing Note & Trackable Event

1. Create a new nursing note. 
2. Click the button Trackable Event.
3. Select the trackable event from the dropdown option field.
4. Enter a Nursing Note and click the Save button.

View Trend and Tracking Report

The Trend and Tracking Report is resident specific and shows any trackable event with date range capability. This report provides the ability to see trends and evaluate accordingly.  When hovering over a specific event on the Trend and Tracking timeline a magnifine glass appears along with the start date.  By clicking on the magnifine glass one will be re-directed to the source documentation for that event. 

1. Select Resident
2. Click on Nursing dropdown navigation
3. Click on Trend and Tracking Link

Discontinue a Trackable Event

1. Select Resident
2. Click on Nursing dropdown navigation
3. Click on the link Trackable Events

4.  Edit the Trackable Event

5. DC the event by clicking the DC this Event button.
