Setup: ADL Service Item Generation

Setup the Ability to Turn Off ADL Generation

1. Click on "Community Record" under the "Community" tab.

2. Click on "Setup: Assessments/Plans" under "Care" in the "Setup" dropdown.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the form and select the "Allow Users to Turn Off ADL Generation per Service Item" button.

4. Click the "Save" button to finish.

• Note that the ability to turn off ADL generation will be available in all new service plans going forward. It won't be available in service plans that have been completed or started.

Turn Off ADL Generation

1. Click on "Select Resident" under the "Resident" tab.

2. Select a resident.
3. Click on "Service Plan" in the "Nursing" dropdown.

4. Click on the "New Entry" button to create a new service plan.
5. For any active category select the "Do Not Populate ADLs From This Service Item" button.
   • The scheduling ADL information will be hidden, because an ADL won't be populated for this category.
